Honest limits
What we don't do.
Most infrastructure disasters start with someone assuming a thing was covered. So here's the list, before you sign anything rather than after.
Published up front, on purpose.
Every line below is something a client has been surprised by somewhere. Putting them on a page you can read before signing costs us a few deals and saves everyone the argument later.
- We don't host your email. Self-hosted mail on a VPS means blacklists, deliverability, and reputation management. We'll set you up on a proper relay instead.
- We don't guarantee uptime we don't control. Hardware belongs to your provider. We guarantee response time, monitoring, and recovery — the parts that are actually ours.
- We don't write your application. We run the environment it lives in. If the code has a memory leak, we'll find it and tell you; fixing it is a separate conversation.
- We don't hold your infrastructure hostage. You keep root. You keep the accounts. Documentation is yours from day one.
