Scope
We map what you're running, what it needs, and what it'll need at 10x. You get a written spec and a fixed price before anyone touches a terminal.
Build
Server provisioned, hardened, and stacked. Built on a staging box first, scripted, then applied — so the same setup is reproducible rather than hand-assembled.
Migrate
Your app, data, and DNS moved over with a rehearsed cutover. We keep the old environment warm until the new one has proven itself.
Hand over
Root credentials, runbook, and architecture doc delivered to you. Then monitoring goes live and we start watching it.
